Bojangles�� and South Carolina Future Minds (SCFM) began their partnership during the 2009�2010 school year. Bojangles�� continues to be involved with SCFM as well as the South Carolina Teacher of the Year program, and we co-founded South Carolina Teacher Appreciation Month.

Bojangles�� would like to thank, honor and support extraordinary teachers for their dedication to South Carolina�s children and for making a positive impact on kids� lives through education. During the 2009�2010 school year, Bojangles�� donated $25,000 to SCFM. In May 2010, $10,000 in additional funds was raised for SCFM through the Teacher Appreciation Month program.

SC Teacher of the Year This year, every SC District Teacher of the Year will be honored and celebrated in several ways. Each of these outstanding teachers will receive books for their school�s library and be the honored guest at a breakfast party for their school�s entire faculty and staff. Bojangles�� will also host the breakfast following the Teacher of the Year banquet in Columbia, SC, in late April.

SC Teacher Appreciation Month During the month of May, all educators will receive a free sweet tea or soda with purchase at any South Carolina Bojangles�� restaurant. Participating Bojangles�� will also offer paper apples for customers to purchase. A red apple is $1 and a green apple is $5. Anyone who purchases an apple in support of education will receive a coupon for a free Bo-Berry Biscuit�.

Also, Bojangles�� and SCFM are partnering to allow fellow teachers, current or former students, or any other member of the public to honor a teacher online. Anyone who does will be entered to win a cruise to the Bahamas.
