Bojangles’ Brings Back Its Smoked Sausage Biscuit

Charlotte, N.C. (September 4, 2012) – With the change of seasons comes the return of an original, made-from-scratch treat at Bojangles’ – the smoked sausage biscuit – which is specially priced for a limited time for just 99 cents. Available now through Sunday, Nov. 4, at participating locations, the hickory-flavored biscuit features a smoked sausage slow cooked in natural spices, then split lengthwise and served hot off the grill inside a delicious Bojangles’ made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit.

Like all Bojangles’ menu items, the smoked sausage biscuit will be made fresh throughout the day so the unique flavor of this hearty offering will be available to satisfy customers’ cravings from open to close.

“Our smoked sausage biscuit is one of Bojangles’ most anticipated offers of the year,” said Bojangles’ Senior Vice President of Marketing Randy Poindexter. “Not only is it a customer favorite, it’s a delicious specialty menu item we are proud to provide as we uphold our standard of exceptional quality and unique Southern flavor.”

The smoked sausage biscuit will be available in all 200-plus company-operated stores. Just like the fall season, the smoked sausage biscuit won’t be around forever and is only available for a limited time at participating restaurants.
