To celebrate 45 years of made-from-scratch recipes and made-with-love memories, we’re honoring the people who made it all possible by featuring real employees in our newest commercials – because let’s face it, they’re the stars of the show.

Check out the commercials featuring our crew here. Here’s a little more about each crew member (or should we say, big-time celebrity):

Gaby, Kristal and Gaby all serve up smiles in Bo’s hometown of Charlotte. Gaby has become known to all as the “therapist” of the restaurant because of the empathy she oozes and for her “care conversations” with employees and customers alike. Kristal considers Bo her family and spends her free time at work teaching the rest of the crew Spanish. She’s also working to teach her father English, and he’s proud of his daughter for her newfound fame. The picture of a kind, thoughtful employee, Jynasia uses her background as a cheerleader to encourage her coworkers and bring a warm smile to every customer interaction.

The General Manager for a Boiling Springs, S.C. Bojangles for the past six years, Brandon now adds “celebrity” to his title. Brandon quite literally grew up with Bo, joining the team as a crew member at age 18 and following in his father’s footsteps. Because of his confidence and leadership, Brandon now oversees one of the Greenville area’s highest revenue producing Bojangles.

Longtime crew member Kathy was recently promoted to Unit Director of her Blair, Va. Bo location. Kathy treats her team like family, even baking each a cake for their birthday. Her coworkers note that she’s warm, kind and helpful to everyone she meets.

Pendleton, S.C.-area residents may see a familiar face in the new Bojangles commercial. 20-year Bo veteran LaToya has worked her way up from cashier to General Manager for Bo – in fact, the only time LaToya has spent away from Bojangles in the past 20 years was to receive treatment for breast cancer, which she overcame. The soon-to-be mom treats everyone like family and goes above and beyond for her customers and crew members.

In Bristol, Tenn., General Manager Adrienne is famous for her warm smile and has become an essential part of the community throughout her 13-year tenure at Bo. Since starting her career at 17 years old, Adrienne has been known to send handwritten notes to over 200 of her most regular guests.

Bojangles shift manager Sherelle and her coworker McKenna are well known by Greensboro residents. Sherelle took the pandemic as an opportunity to hone her skills and become a shift manager, allowing her to balance work and motherhood. And after starting her career with Bojangles at 15 years old, McKenna is now a shift leader and nursing student who describes Bojangles as her family.

Our team’s steadfast dedication and love for their communities are the secret behind our success. Here’s to another 45 years of serving up chicken and biscuits with a smile!
