PUEBLO, Co. – Bojangles, the iconic restaurant chain known for its craveable breakfast and Southern-style chicken, biscuits and tea, has announced the opening of its newest restaurant in Pueblo, Colorado, which marks a significant step in the brand’s journey towards expanding its footprint in the Western U.S. This new location, officially opening on Tuesday, July 8, is owned and operated by entrepreneur Lissette Amiel and LVP Restaurant Group, LLC.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring Bojangles to the Pueblo community and introduce our bold Southern flavors to both local community members, visitors and travelers,” said Amiel. “We’re proud to serve our delicious chicken, biscuits and tea in this convenient location, and we look forward to creating new jobs and becoming a valued part of the area.”

Located at 1275 Drew Dix Parkway, the new restaurant is situated in a bustling TravelCenters of America location, where guests will have on-the-go and dine-in access to the brand’s signature menu items. Situated off Interstate 25 in Pueblo, Bojangles will be the newest traveler destination for quick, quality breakfast and delicious chicken and biscuits. This opening highlights Bojangles’ continued commitment to flexible, innovative formats as it expands into new markets nationwide.

The restaurant is part of a 20-unit deal by LVP Restaurant Group to open Bojangles in the greater Las Vegas area, as well as the development of restaurants within 10 TA travel centers across the West through 2027. The first Las Vegas location opened earlier this year.

“As Bojangles continues to grow, we’re focused on partnering with committed franchisees who understand their communities and share our passion for authentic Southern hospitality,” said Brooks Speirs, Vice President of Franchise Growth at Bojangles. “We’re excited for Lissette and the LVP group as they bring our bold flavors and warm hospitality to guests in Colorado. They have been incredible partners in Bojangles’ expansion across Las Vegas and Arizona, and we are confident they will continue the momentum with this new opening in Pueblo.”

For more than 45 years, Bojangles has been a staple in the Southeast, offering iconic menu items such as hand-breaded fried chicken, fresh-baked buttermilk biscuits and mouthwatering breakfast served all day. As Bojangles accelerates its expansion, the brand is focused on partnering with seasoned franchise owners and restaurant operators to grow its footprint in new and emerging markets. Individuals interested in franchising with Bojangles should possess strong financial capacity, relevant business or restaurant experience, a sophisticated professional background, and the ability to open at least three locations in their market.
