What can you expect on your BoJourney?

First Day

This is your first day on the job! Your manager will finalize your paperwork, give you a tour of the restaurant, and welcome you to your team members.

First Week

It’s time to shine! Your manager will train you on the Bojangles culture and service standards, as well as a station. They will also spend some time getting to know you and how Bojangles fits into your big picture—whether that’s for a short or long-term.”

First Month

You will get cross-training on other stations and in other skill sets you’re interested in and able to perform.”
